  We are thrilled to announce that Team Synergy from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering (SCTCE), Trivandrum , has clinched the top spot in the prestigious AHURA track of DEFINE 3.0 , the 24-hour offline hackathon hosted by Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), Thiruvananthapuram , on March 8th & 9th, 2025 . Their innovative FinTech project impressed judges and participants alike, standing out among intense competition from across the region. As a reward for their groundbreaking solution, the team was awarded a $500 cash prize , proudly sponsored by AHURA Research and Innovation Labs .   The corridors of SCT College of Engineering recently echoed with music, dance, colors, and celebration as the much-anticipated Arts Fest – “Sargam Chithram Thaalam 2025” unfolded in full grandeur. And standing tall at the end of it all was the Department of Computer Science and Engineering , crowned as the Overall Champions of the cultural extravaganza! A Celebration of Culture and Creativity The fest was flagged off with a spectacular inaugural procession , a feast for the eyes and soul. The vibrant parade featured traditional art forms of Kerala , such as Chenda Melam , Pulikali ,  Theyyam, Kalarippayatt,  Mohiniyattam , Kathakali, Oppana, Thiruvathira and all colours  reflecting the rich heritage of our land. We are thrilled to share that a team from SCT College of Engineering, Kerala has made a remarkable achievement at the e-Yantra Robotics Competition (eYRC) 2024-25 , one of the most prestigious robotics competitions in India, organized by IIT Bombay . The grand finale of the competition was held on March 28th and 29th, 2025 , bringing together the brightest young minds from across the country to showcase their innovation and technical prowess in robotics.
